Limited Liability Partnership
This entity type is usually used by businesses that operate a partnership model, such as law firms, accountancy practices and other professional services firms. The structure provides limited liability to the partners, meaning they are not personally responsible for the LLP’s liabilities beyond what they either invest or guarantee to the LLP.
Our fees for providing this service are £80 + VAT and we will need the following information:
- Proposed LLP name
- Registered Office Address
- A list of proposed Members with their Residential Address, Service Addresses, dates of birth and nationalities. At least two members must be 'designated' – they have more responsibilities than ordinary members such as keeping the company accounts.
- A list of any Corporate members, their registration number, jurisdiction and Registered Address. A corporate member can be a designated member.
